So what now?
We talk about purpose, what drives you and what gives you purpose? It is a returning topic in our podcasts. Where are you going? Why are you on this planet? The answer to the question is usually different for our meditators, yet strikingly similar. Wherever we came from or wherever we are going, it’s all about experiencing the Now. There might be people who think you lost it, or even criticize you for it. Central in Quinn’s advice is to follow your own path. There will be people who judge you or call you fake, but that’s not your problem. You can focus completely on your own path and engage in it fully.
