This Privacy Policy describes how Bloom (“the Bot”) collects and uses information when you use the Bot and/or participate in the Meditation Mind community on Discord (“the Community”) and how Meditation Mind (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles that information. By using Bloom and/or participating in the Community, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information collected by Bloom is used for the sole purpose of providing the Bot’s functionality and is never shared with third-parties unless required by law. Collected data is protected using reasonable means, both technical and organizational, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
User information that may be collected by the Bot includes:

The Bot may also access the content of a user message in order to add a starboard entry, move a message, or log a report or deletion. This information is not stored by the Bot, but some or all of the content may be retained in the respective starboard entry, moved message, or logs.
User id, username, nick name, and avatar information may appear in moderation logs, but is not stored by the Bot or made available in public channels. User id, username, nick name, and avatar information may be posted in public channels for the purpose of announcing joins/leaves, monthly challenge winners, and donator status changes.
Using meditation tracking and stats functionality may result in your user information being posted in public channels. This behavior can be customized by modifying your tracking profile settings.
When you join a meditation-themed voice channel in the Community, the Bot will temporarily store your user id and the join time in random-access memory. This information is only stored until you leave the voice channel, for the purpose of automatic meditation time tracking.
You may delete your own meditation tracking entries and bookmark data using Bloom commands, or you may request deletion by us on your behalf. You may also request deletion of your streak data, tracking profile data, or user information posted by the Bot in public channels. To request deletion, contact us via our Connect page, or open a ticket in the Meditation Mind community on Discord.
Starboard data and entries can be removed by opting out via reaction or by deleting the original message. Moved messages can be removed by the original poster by reacting to the moved message with the Unicode ❌ emoji, or by requesting deletion via one of the methods listed above.
Steam key information shall be retained for the purposes of tracking key usage and ensuring fair provision. Message deletion information shall be retained for moderation purposes, to help ensure the safety of the Community and its members. User information in moderation logs is not publicly available or stored by the Bot and shall not be removed unless required by law.
